Museum Collection and Other Artifacts

The Seaport Society has a collection of over thirty boats from the Barnegat Bay / Toms River area along with many models of local boats. A Number of Outboard Engines and other marine hardware is also on display. The museum has collected many images and paintings of historic scenes along with boat plans and related information.

This page provides search and detail information about the major items in our collection, at this time only a fraction of the collection has been added to the database and photographed. Searches are available by 'keyword' in the item Title and/or Description, Item type, and the display Location, in the form below then selecting a list format. Note: the previous selection information is retained during a session to aid in conducting multiple related searches.
